For many years, our company was proudly led by a dedicated owner who built a reputation for honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. Through hard work and a commitment to treating every customer like family, the business earned the trust of homeowners and businesses throughout this small community.

Under Pete and Tracy’s leadership, which began in 2007, the company established a strong foundation based on integrity, dependable service, and skilled craftsmanship. Their dedication helped shape the values that continue to guide and drive our team today.

Current Owners:

Ira and Chasity Hancock took over ownership of Rite Temp Heating & Air Conditioning in early 2025. Hancock’s also own another heating and air conditioning business in Paducah, Ky. Rite Temp is operational due to the hard-working employees out in the field as well as in the office. Rite Temp has four employees that fulfill maintenance on equipment as well as doing new installs. And in the office, Rite Temp operates smoothly with the help of three office employees. They are excited to continue being a part of the Marion community and continue working towards making Rite Temp Heating & Air Conditioning even more of a staple here as well as the surrounding communities. Our company strives to provide all our previous and new customers with the very best service when it is needed.
